Dev. Updates
So, I've decided to keep people up to date on what I'm doing personally. As of now, since it's been my first time ever doing an interface it's a slow process. So as I go along I figured I'd post screenshots of what I'm doing, and how it's being done.
Outside perspectives are always nice.
So far I've done everything you see from scratch. I've opened files of our current, crappy interface as references, nothing more. I'm doing all the boxes, everything, from scratch.
I'll post actual in-game screenshots when I get majority of this done first.
I know this is quite a large screenshot but I chose to go about it this way only to show it is me actually doing the work, whether it be good or bad.
So, be honest. I know it's hard to give an opinion on just part of it, but it is about half of the actual interface. Ha ha.
Yes, I want comments, but this is also to show people I am actually doing something. I get the feeling far too many of us have been a part of a server that never accomplished anything for months.

Well that's about all I got done. I had to fight with msn for most of the early morning. Wouldn't let me uninstall it so that I could reinstall but I finally got that figured out.
Anyway it's not much, but I didn't want to do anything too crazy with it. Just something nice and pleasing to the eye.
The only issue with the bottom panel is the little typing box thing at the bottom. It's a little further down than it needs to be. That'll be fun launching the game repetitively trying to get it right.
The water mark is something the original GunZ servers have done, almost exactly. I just took the GunZ logo and Slapped SR on it. And when I was on it was noticeable, but not in the way, neither was the little skull I added just to give it a little something.
For the moment SRGunZ thingy is also the logo at the top left of the interface. Again, I didn't want something hard on the eyes. I've been trying to find a scythe render, but I can't seem to. If anyones good at rendering and could get me a few different ones that would be a lot of help. (Figured scythe, soul reaper, kind of fits.

On a loading screen the loading bar is the most frustrating IMO but it is rather easy if you know the trick to it

Theres the edit so far. I really hate the buttons and shit from the other one. Guess that's the problem with doing it piece by piece and keeping people updated haha.
Anyone think I'm going a little overboard with the skull thing? lol
EDIT: So I have the log in background done... Although, I'm not happy with it at all. But again, anythings better than what we had. Anyway, here it is.. Sorry it's taking so long, I've never done an interface before. I'm also not editing anything, I'm still doing it all from scratch.
If anyone knows what I need to edit TGA Files PLEASE let me know. I believe that's where all the play now buttons, and login panel things are at. If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it!
